  • You purchased a similar service from another provider simultaneously, making it impossible to track our delivery.
  • Your account was suspended or banned by the social media platform for reasons unrelated to our service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tooltox.com or open a support ticket within 3 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit (wallet balance) within 5-7 business days.
